Shipping, Return, Exchange Policies
Orders are a flat rate of $10 for shipping. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Please note: these shipping fees are for in Canada only.
We have an exchange only policy. If you are not sure of your proper size, use the bra fitting guide to help you. We highly recommend getting professionally fitted, and you can do this by heading to one of our locations. In the event that a product must be returned for any reason, the value of the product will be issued in the form of a store credit. Any items needing to be returned must also follow all of the same criteria for an exchange, listed below.
Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges must meet the following conditions:
- Original tags are still attached
- The product(s) are: unworn, unwashed
- Free of scent (pet, smoke, food, etc.)
The following items are final sale (not available for exchange):
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Damaged, used, or not pre-approved returns
House of Bras will return/replace defective or damaged items. Please send us an email with a photo of the item so we can determine if the item qualifies for an exchange. This is to determine if a manufacturers defect is present. If the item is found to have been misused or improperly cared for, it will be returned to the sender, at the clients expense.
House of Bras is not responsible for all/any shipping fees for returns.
Any and all products NOT meeting the criteria above will not be eligible for exchange/return.
